Location: Vista, California

Overview

We are seeking Warehouse Assistants, both full-time and part-time, to assist in the processing of orders and shipments within the specified timeframes based in Vista, California.

Responsibilities

Duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following:

Monitoring outbound operations, ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently

Monitoring workload and reporting to the manager

Picking orders daily to KPI

Packing orders daily to KPI

Processing returns daily to KPI

Communicating effectively with customer service and other team members who require warehouse tasks performed

Attending safety inductions and training as required

Keeping work areas clean and free of hazards

Contributing to the team environment by carrying out other duties as required

Actively participating in stocktakes as required

Selection Criteria for Successful Candidates

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Previous Team Leader experience will be highly valued

Knowledge and experience using Android and PC technology

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated strong customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to problem solve and use initiative

Shifts will range between 6am–6pm, Monday–Friday

Hourly rates for this role vary between $17–$19 depending on experience.

Beyond these vital interactions, you’ll also play a key role in maintaining our store’s appeal through stock management (scanning, replenishing, organising), quality checks, visual merchandising support, and keeping our space clean and tidy, all while communicating effectively with your team to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.

Your Mission

As a Full Time Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the heart and soul of our Pacific Beach store, making magic happen for every customer who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include (and are not limited to):

Being the Ultimate Style Icon

You’ll be a role model in delivering exceptional customer experiences, going above and beyond to make each client feel like the absolute queen they are, plus participating in social media content.

Living and Breathing Fashion

You’ll dive deep into our product knowledge, sharing your passion for fashion and acting as a trusted style advisor.

Master of the Fitting Room

You’ll oversee fitting room experiences and even lead styling sessions, helping customers discover their perfect looks.

Transaction Whiz

You’ll confidently handle all POS processes and transactions with accuracy and a smile.

Keeping Things Shipshape

You’ll tackle daily tasks like restocking, merchandising our gorgeous products, and processing new arrivals to keep the store looking its best.

Taking Pride in Our Space

You’ll contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.

Opening & Closing Pro

You’ll assist with the smooth opening and closing procedures of the store.

We’re looking for someone who ticks these boxes:

You have 2+ years of experience in either retail or another customer service-focused role, plus 1+ year of experience with stock and inventory.

You are at least 21 years old.

You have full 40-hour weekly availability, especially on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays – our busiest and most fun days.

You’re friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy meeting new people and building connections. You’re the kind of person who can turn a stranger into a friend in minutes.

You possess strong communication skills, both one-on-one and within a team.

You can effortlessly handle multiple customer interactions during peak hours without breaking a sweat.

You take initiative during downtime to tackle tasks and proactively contribute to the store’s success.

You’re open-minded to learning new things and are comfortable giving and receiving feedback.

Comfortable using a POS system, including scanners, iPads, and desktops, and learning new technology and systems.

You’re a self-starter who brings energy and encourages the team to stay focused and motivated.

You ideally live in the Pacific Beach area, making your commute a breeze. Work location: In person – 948 Garnet Ave., Pacific Beach, San Diego.
